About Our Services

LeafWorldMedia LLC provides digital marketing and content distribution services including OmniCast content synchronization, Big 6 premium distribution, MSN Distribution, AEO strategy, ADA compliance, and Google Ads management. Full service descriptions and pricing are available on our website and proposal platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about your business and campaign goals
• Ensure all content you provide to us is original or that you have the legal right to use it
• Not submit content that is defamatory, misleading, illegal, or violates any third-party rights
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner to avoid campaign delays
• Pay all agreed fees according to the terms outlined in your service agreement

Content Distribution & Results

LeafWorldMedia distributes content to 300+ platforms through our OmniCast protocol and premium distribution partners. While we guarantee distribution to our network of platforms, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes as these are influenced by many factors outside our control.

Platform availability is subject to change. In the event a specific platform becomes unavailable, we will substitute a comparable platform of equal or greater reach at no additional cost.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal. General payment terms include:

• Single campaigns are invoiced and due prior to campaign launch
• Monthly subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• All fees are in US Dollars (USD)
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of content distribution services, refunds are generally not available once a campaign has been launched and distribution has begun. If you have concerns about your campaign results, please contact us within 14 days of campaign completion and we will work with you to address the issue.

Subscription services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No partial month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.

Intellectual Property

All content on LeafWorldMedia.com — including text, graphics, logos, and the OmniCast brand name — is the property of LeafWorldMedia LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Content you provide to us for distribution remains your intellectual property. By submitting content for distribution, you grant LeafWorldMedia LLC a non-exclusive license to distribute that content across our platform network as part of your campaign.

Limitation of Liability

LeafWorldMedia LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific campaign or service in question.

We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms to their algorithms, policies, or content guidelines that may affect distribution results.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share details of your campaigns, business information, or strategies with any third party without your written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services (such as submitting content to distribution platforms on your behalf).

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
